This was the first substantial project that
Steve Yett completed on his own.
“The client originally hired me to design a
deck on the other side of the property. Then
one day they told me that they had two
separate designs for pools approved, but
they didn’t particularly like either one of
them. And they asked if I could come up a
third design, of course maintaining all of the
agency approvals that were already in place
for the other two designs.... And of course
those approvals were going to expire in two
weeks!”
